I checked out this location for ice cream. I have never before been in an ice cream shop like this before. There is so much junk lining the walls and case and it smells weird inside. I had to peer over the case to see the flavors and the menu was a bit confusing. I asked the first lady for one scoop and she walked away while I was talking to her and told the other man. I don't know if it was a language barrier or what but she was rude about it because she just left. Even when we walked in nobody talked to or regarded us at all. I ordered a scoop of the guava ice cream. The flavor was good and there are actual seeds in it so I guess it is made from the real fruit. However, I won't go there again.

The ladies here are very rude. They didnβt want to give an elderly women a cup of water. The two workers were complaining to each other that the boss was going to charge them the cup of water from their pay check. If they canβt give a cup of water to an elder women that speaks a lot about the people working at this place .

The ladies at this location are incredibly rude. Not to mentioned they scammed me π. I ordered a small esquite and when I went to pay the cashier (last name Garcia) charged me for a large esquite cup. When I questioned it, she said βthatβs the price for a small it just rings up as a large.β However, I had already seen on the screen the amount for a small. Honestly, I decided to leave it alone. Not worth going back and fourth with these ladies. Based on other reviews their customer service seems to be a common problem here. You can feel the attitude immediately as you walk through the door LOL.

The service was horrible. They had two people on staff and only was helping customers. She looked she had no idea what she was doing, cool no worries we all start off somewhere. Than i asked her hot cheetos. Just plain hot cheetos, never asked for anything on them. And when she cut the bag and proceeded to add cheese. I told her wait i just wanted regular hot cheetos. She and the other lady looked at each other like i was being unreasonable. Gave me the ripped bag of cheetos, than asks the other if she should charge me the same as the cheetos with cheese price. They saw me look at them since i understood what they were saying, and told her to ring a random price? Im very disappointed. Will not be coming back

This is easily one of the best parts of Burbank. They have so many offerings, both similar to other michoacanas and unique to this location. We got elote and pepino loco, and I was not prepared for how huge the pepino loco would be - it was as big as my lap, LOL three whole cucumbers cut in half, then stuffed with all kinds of sweet and sour goodness. I carried it into Hollywood Bowl like it was a baby and with no shame because it was delicious, ahaha. Very friendly service, and the ambiance is great as soon as you walk in, it's like a party in there. I want to come back and buy many of the sour candies.
